A yard, a workshop and one desk between them
We buy, inspect and sell work trucks — and we keep them running afterwards. The two halves sit on the same concrete pad, which is the whole point: the person who sells you the unit is the person who knows what it needs next.
What happens here
Units arrive from fleets, auctions and private sellers. Each one goes on the lift before it is priced: engine and aftertreatment, brakes and air, suspension and steering, frame and coupling devices. What we find is written on the intake sheet, and the asking price is set with those findings in it.
The workshop then keeps working on trucks we sold and trucks we did not. Diagnostics, scheduled maintenance, DOT inspection preparation and fabrication are booked through the same desk, in the same calendar as the sales side.
Buying and repairing are separate invoices. A repair is never bundled into a sale to hide its cost, and a sale is never padded to cover a repair.
Rules we work by
The price is on the tag
Every unit in the yard carries a stock number and an asking price. No "call for price", no number that changes when you walk in.
The inspection sheet travels with the unit
What we found on intake is written down — including the faults we have not fixed yet. You read it before you buy.
The workshop answers for its own work
Diagnostics, brakes, air systems, welding and fabrication are done in this building. Anything sublet is named on the invoice.
Fleet customers get one work order per unit
Contracted fleets get a fixed labour rate, scheduled PM on their intervals and a service history we can export.
A day at the desk

Call the desk
Tell us the unit, the symptom and the deadline. You get a bay slot and a written estimate range the same call.

Inspect and quote
We put the truck on the lift, photograph what we find and send a numbered estimate. Nothing is ordered before you approve.
- 03
Repair and test
Work is done in-house, then road tested. Torque values, part numbers and technician initials are recorded on the work order.
- 04
Release
You get the unit back with the invoice, the old parts on request and a note of what to watch before the next PM.
