Scope and rates
Heavy-Duty Diagnostics
from $185Fault codes pulled from engine, aftertreatment, ABS and chassis modules, plus a cylinder contribution test and a written report before any parts are ordered.
Brake & Air Systems
from $420Air dryer and governor service, leak-down testing, slack adjusters, drums, rotors and full brake jobs on air and hydraulic systems up to Class 8.
Suspension & Steering
from $380Leaf, air and coil suspension repair, king pins, drag links, alignment and steering gear service for straight trucks and tractors.
Fleet Maintenance
on contractScheduled PM on your intervals, one work order per unit, digital service history and a fixed-price labor rate for contracted fleets.
DOT Inspection Prep
from $240Annual inspection preparation and repair: lighting, brakes, tires, frame, coupling devices and the paperwork that keeps the unit in service.
Welding & Fabrication
on estimateFrame repair, bed and body fabrication, headache racks, boxes and custom brackets cut and welded in the shop, not sent out.
Rates are labour only: parts are quoted separately at cost plus a stated margin, and the outside work we occasionally sublet is named on the invoice.
How a job runs
- 01
Call the desk
Tell us the unit, the symptom and the deadline. You get a bay slot and a written estimate range the same call.
- 02
Inspect and quote
We put the truck on the lift, photograph what we find and send a numbered estimate. Nothing is ordered before you approve.
- 03
Repair and test
Work is done in-house, then road tested. Torque values, part numbers and technician initials are recorded on the work order.
- 04
Release
You get the unit back with the invoice, the old parts on request and a note of what to watch before the next PM.
What we do not do
- We do not stretch a job to fill a bay — the estimate says what is needed and the invoice matches it.
- We do not fit used brake or air components on a unit that carries loads.
- We do not promise a completion date before the unit has been on the lift.
- We do not send engine machining out and then bill it as our own work — outside work is named on the invoice.
